Our guard booths are equipped with:
- Double-sheet access door with interior polyurethane reinforcements.
- Double-contact closing system with weather seals.
- Fixed tempered glass panes and a sash window with an aluminum frame.
- Electrical installation with a thermal-magnetic main breaker, light fixture, switch and socket, wiring and an exterior hookup.
- Counter with a drawer.
Every item on that list answers to something that happens at a real checkpoint. The double-contact seal with weatherstripping and the polyurethane-reinforced door are what make a full shift bearable in wind or cold. The fixed tempered glass and sash window let the operator attend without opening up. And the complete electrical fit-out — with its main breaker, lighting and external outlet — is what separates a booth that works on day one from one waiting for an electrician.

- Is it better to rent a booth or build one?
- It depends how long the post will last and whether it will move. Building makes sense when access control is permanent and in one place. For a construction site — which ends — or a work front that shifts, a transportable booth avoids putting something up and later tearing it down, and can be relocated when the site compound moves. It also skips the build time: the unit arrives finished.
- Does electrical work need doing on site?
- The booth comes with its full fit-out: main thermomagnetic breaker, interior lighting, switch, socket and an external outlet to connect to the site supply. On a construction site that matters more than it sounds, because it is the difference between a post that works on day one and one waiting for an electrician to come by.
- Are they suitable for a night shift post?
- Yes. The interior lighting, the double-contact seal with weatherstripping and the polyurethane-reinforced door are designed for full shifts, not a single day. The fixed tempered glass and sash window let staff attend without opening the door, which is how an entry checkpoint actually works.
- Do you transport them to a mine site?
- Yes, with our own logistics. It is common for the booth to be contracted alongside the sanitary provision for the same site compound or camp, with both travelling coordinated rather than depending on two suppliers with two schedules.
We also rent portable toilets with cleaning and pump-out included, usually as part of the same service.
